Thank you for this vital information. It is educational and an Eye-opener for Pnguineans to register their business names and companies. Hence, on behalf of a family member i have a query regarding his registered company with the IPA and still waiting for the TIN and COC before he opens the bank account. The TIN and COC has been sent already from POM but has to be lodged again with the IRC office in the province. For how long will it take IRC to work on this? And what is the process like in such scenarios like this.
