COMPANY REGISTRATION

All our IPA services come with free TIN and Bank Account Opening. We provide the three in  one package as SME Startup Package. They include;

IPA Company Registration is just like Business Registration except the following;

A). You’ll need Directors and shareholders whereas in Business Registration, you will have owner(s);

B). You’ll fill five (5) forms compared to one (1) form for Business Registration; and

C). You’ll have to pay K650 IPA Registration Fee compared to only K300 for Business Registration.

For startups, it is advisable to register as a Business. Later, when your business grows, we can help to convert it to a company.

All forms are found in IPA Company Reg Forms 1,2,3,4 and 6.

Fill them out and email them together with your valid ID to info@pngsme.org. We will respond after receiving them and advise on payment instructions and Bank Account details.

Remember, there are two (2) steps in Company Registration. First, is the reservation of Company Name and once the name is approved by IPA, the second step is to do the actual company registration. We will take care of both.

Both can take less than two (2) days if everything comes in complete (without any missing information).

However, Business Registration is done on the Same Day!

We also do Change of Directors, do File Annual Returns, Foreign Enterprise Certification, etc.

IPA COMPANY RE-REGISTRATION 

All companies must update their registration details as soon as possible. The deadline is 29th December, 2023.

Requirements are that you’ll have to fill up IPA Annual Returns Form 22.

    I am trying to register a small SME here, so it would be possible for me to apply for contracts in gardening/ cleaning of primary schools in the area where I live. How do I go about. Is it the same forms I am going to fill?

    can you please explain the difference between a Company and a business?

      A company has directors and shareholders while businesses have owners only.

    I want to register a new company with IPA. Is it ok for me to fill in TIN application form and open a company bank account at the same time?. Another thing is, are there any other forms for company registration or just forms 1,2,3,4and 6.

      Those forms you have mentioned are the only forms. TIN Registration is done after receiving your IPA documents because, you will need the IPA details to include on the TIN application.
